They need to make sure that they are bringing the best people from all around the world to their schools. Just because if they bring the best people from around the world, and those people, once they've graduated from their college or university, go out and change the world, then it gives the school a higher reputation. And with that higher reputation, they can get more money from the government and they can get more money from donors. So what that means is that the school is investing in international students, hoping that they will find the next Elon Musk or Bill gate. And in turn, they'll be able to get a return on that investment. Because once the next Elon Musk or Bill gate becomes a billionaire and changes the world, the school's reputation shall increase as a result. And then the school shall be getting more money in terms of donations and government funding, which in turn, is going to be paying for the next generation of international students that the school brings. So the schools are doing this because it's a positive return on investment. So this is why many of these schools give full scholarships to International students. And you have to take advantage of this. You need to make sure that you're applying to these schools because they can give you a lot of money to come and study in America.
