There is a school whose applications are still open right now where they give full scholarships to international students for their master degrees. Now, this school is called Washington University in Saint Louis, and it has the McDonnell International Scholars Academy. Now, this academy is a fellowship and they are going to give you a fully funded scholarship which is gonna cover your tuition. They're also going to give you a generous monthly stipend. They're also going to give you professional development funding and a one time relocation allowance.
