Liberal Arts Colleges vs Universities: Best for International Student Scholarships

If you are an international student and you wanna come study in america on a full scholarship, what is the school that I should be targeting? Which is the easiest to get into? There isn't really an easy full ride school, especially for international students because these scholarships are super competitive. However, you might want to look at schools that are both need blind and meet full demonstrated need for international students. A few well known ones include amherst, harvard, yale, princeton and M I T. Now these are all extremely selective, so no option will be easy, but they offer strong financial support if you get in. For slightly less selective options, look into liberal arts colleges like colby skidmore or trinity college that are known for supporting international students generously. So what is the difference between a liberal arts school and a university? A liberal arts college focuses on undergraduate education, offering smaller classes and emphasizing a broad, well rounded curriculum humanities, sciences, arts, aiming to develop critical thinking and communication skills. Universities, on the other hand, tend to be larger, offering both undergraduate and graduate programmes with a wider variety of specialised research opportunities. Universities often have more resources but can be less personal, so it's a different environment depending on what you're looking for. If you go to a liberal art school, are you looked more down upon than if you went to a university? No, not at all. In fact, liberal arts colleges are often Highly respected. They're known for producing well rounded critical thinkers with strong communication skills. Many top employers and grad schools value the intimate, rigorous education liberal arts colleges provide. It's more about how you leverage your education than where you get it. And both pads are respected when you excel. As you can see, many of the liberal art schools that i've been showing you guys are really great schools, so what you should be doing is also applying to them. You shouldn't just be applying to universities, you should also be applying to liberal art schools, especially if you want a full scholarship to come and study in america.
