From South Africa to $100K+ Salary: Full Scholarship Success in America

I make over $100,000 per year. And it's because I came to study in America. Now, if you've been following my journey, I'm actually from South Africa, and I came to America in 2013. I actually started at what we call a community college, where it's a two year college where you can get an associate's degree. Then I actually transferred to the university of Rochester for my bachelor's degree. And when I transferred to the university of Rochester, I got a full scholarship in order to study there. And by full scholarship, what I mean is they gave me money for my tuition, my fees, my housing, my food, my medical insurance, and I even had extra money for my books and supplies. This was truly a full scholarship. And I was able to graduate in 2018 with a degree in economics from the university of Rochester. And I was able to do so without paying anything. Then later, I actually went to the university of Pennsylvania for my master's degree in computer science. Now, I'm making this video to tell you that you can do the exact same thing. There's over 60 colleges and universities in America that give full scholarships to international students in order for them to come and study here. So what you need to do is you need to apply to at least 20 of these 60 schools. And you need to make sure that you fill out your C S S. Profile. Because all Of these schools give something called need based financial aid. And basically what that means is they look at your financial needs and then they give you a scholarship based on that. So if you're poor and you have no money, then they can give you a full scholarship in order to attend their university. And this is exactly what happened with me and the university of Rochester.
