A step by step guide. 1, you need to find a list of colleges and universities in America that offer full need based financial aid to international students such as Harvard, MIT, in Amherst College. The link is in my bio. 2, you need to apply to at least 20 of these schools and submit the required application documentation by their deadlines. Usually this is in January. Most likely you will use the Common App to apply.
