[Music] If you want to come study in America, but you simply don't have the money or you come from a very poor background, then there are these 10 universities that you need to know about because they can give you a full scholarship to come study in America. The first one is called University of Pennsylvania and it's located in Pennsylvania. Now, University of Pennsylvania is part of the IV League and they have a policy that if you get accepted to their school, then they will meet 100% of your demonstrated financial needs. So, what that means is if you get accepted and you tell them that you have no money, then they'll give you all the money that you need in order to make studying at UPEN a reality. In other words, they'll give you money for your tuition, your housing, your food, your transportation, and even your books. So, this is a fantastic opportunity, especially if you don't have any money to study in America. Now, the best strategy to get into UPEN is to apply for their early decision. Basically, it allows you to get a slightly higher acceptance rate and it's going to give you a better chance at getting into UPEN. Not only that, you also want to show Upupen that you are a entrepreneur or somebody who's actually creating something in the world. This is something that Upen truly truly values. They want people who are going to be changing the world and you need to show that to them through your extracurricular activities. Now, the second school is called Williams College and it's located in Massachusetts. Now, Williams College is actually a liberal arts school and they have a very similar policy to the one at UPEN where they'll meet 100% of your demonstrated financial needs. Now, Williams College is a great school to apply to because they are truly test optional, meaning that you do not have to do the SAT or any English proficiency exams in order to apply to Williams College. So, if you don't have any money to take the tests, but you still want to apply to a school in America that can potentially give you a full scholarship, then make sure you apply to Williams College. Now, the third school is called Swathmore College and it's located in Pennsylvania. Now, Swathmore College is also a liberal arts school and they have a similar policy to that of UPEN and Williams College in that they can give you a full scholarship based on your demonstrated financial needs. Now, Swathmore College is also test optional. They do not require you to take an English proficiency exam or the SAT or ACT in order to apply. So, you don't have to take any of those tests in order to apply. and they can give you full funding. So again, this is a very fantastic university to apply to if you truly have no money to do any tests, but you still want to come and study in America on a full scholarship. Now, the fourth school is called Pomona College, and it's located in California. Now, Pomona College is test optional, but only for the SAT or the ACT. So, you don't have to take any of those tests, but you might still need to take an English proficiency exam if you did not study at an English institution for your high school or you don't come from an English-speaking country. Those are the two criterias that can get your English proficiency tests waved. So, if you have them, then great. You can wave them and you basically won't have to submit any test to Perona. However, if you don't come from an English-speaking country or you were not taught in English in high school, then you'll have to take an English proficiency exam such as Duingo or IS or even the TOFEL. So, this brings us to our fifth school which is called Middbury College and it's located in Vermont. Now, Middbury College is a liberal arts school and they are test optional, meaning that you do not need to take the SAT or the ACT. However, you do still need to take an English proficiency exam if you do not come from an English-speaking country or if you haven't studied in English. But again, it's a great school and you need to make sure that you can apply to a school such as Midabillary College if you want to get a full scholarship to come study in America. The sixth school that we're going to talk about over here is called Visar College and it's located in the state of New York. Now, Versar College is a liberal arts college and they are also test optional, meaning that you don't need to submit the SAT or the ACT in order to apply, but you may need to still submit an English proficiency exam depending on whether you've studied in English or you come from an English-speaking country. This brings us to our seventh school which is called Hamilton College. It too is a liberal arts school and it's also located in New York. Now Hamilton College is also test optional, meaning that you do not need to submit the SAT or the ACT in order to apply. However, you may need to still submit an English proficiency exam depending on whether you've studied in English or you come from an English-speaking country. This brings us to our eighth school. It's called Havford College and it's located in Pennsylvania. Now, Havford College is a liberal arts school and it's also test optional. Again, you don't need to submit the SAT or the ACT in order to apply, but you may still need to submit an English proficiency exam. This brings us to our ninth school, which is called Grenell College, and it's located in Iowa. Now, Grenell College also is a liberal arts school and they also have a test optional policy, meaning that you don't need to do the SAT or the ACT to apply. However, you may still need to do an English proficiency exam. So, this brings us to our final school, which is Carolton College, and it's located in Minnesota. Now, Carolton College is a liberal arts school and they are also test optional, meaning that you do not need to submit the SAT or the ACT, but you may still need to submit an English proficiency exam depending on whether you studied in English or whether you come from a English-speaking country. So, as you guys can see, these are 10 universities and colleges that will allow you to come and study for free in America as an international student. Now, the whole trick of actually getting these full scholarships is to make sure that you fill out the CSS profile and submit it to each of the schools that you apply to. This is because the CSS profile is going to be used by each of these colleges or universities to determine how much money they will give you. Now, they guarantee that they will meet 100% of your demonstrated financial needs. So, if on your CSS profile you tell them that you have no money, then if they accept you, they will give you a full scholarship to come study in America. And it's going to cover your tuition, your fees, your housing, your books, and even sometimes they're going to give you some personal money. So, make sure you apply to these schools.
